Process of Driver Recruitment

  • Every driver has to appear for a personal interview and need to fill an application form in the company before he is considered for his services with all his documents.
  • If the driver seems to be fit in initial screening and have valid documents then he need to fill a form mentioning all his details and references.
  • After this the driver police verification and reference check is done which help us to understand his back ground better.
  • After the verification & reference process is done he has to attend the in-house training program, the training is on soft skills and road safety.
  • Once the training is satisfactorily completed then the driver details is entered in the company data base and his service is used by the company.
